Refund Policy

At Cardioshield, we care about you, your health, and your happiness! That means, we want you to be happy with every part of the process with us: from ordering and receiving the product, to using it and enjoying the benefits.

We are very happy to say that most people who order from us, order more than once, and often recommend us to their friends and loved ones, because they are happy with our products, our service, and their experience with us.

So, we very much care that you feel the same way too, that you are happy with your purchase, and to show we mean this, we put our money where our mouth is, and offer you a full 100% refund if you’re not happy with your order!

We do recommend that you give the product a chance to work for as long as possible, as everybody is different, and for some people it takes more time to notice the benefits. We’d hate for you to give up on the product just before you start to really feel the benefits±

However, if you do wish to receive a refund, we are happy to do this, all we ask is that you ship the product back to us so someone else can benefit from any unopened bottles, and that you initiate the refund process within 180 days of your order…a very reasonable amount of time for you to take to test it out, we hope you agree.

Here is the refund process:

Step 1

Please let our customer service team know that you would like to get a refund for your order, within 180 days of receiving it. To do so, you can email us any day of the week at support@getcardioshield.com, or call us between 5am and 1am EST, any day, on +1 559 354 7562.

Step 2

Our support team will then let our fulfillment team know to expect your return, and they will give you the US address to send your return to. Please make sure you only send the return to the US Return Address our Support team give you, if you ship it anywhere else we won’t be able to accept the return.

Step 3

Please be patient, as next we will wait to receive your return. As soon as we receive it, we will process your refund, however, depending on your bank, or card, the refund make take 1-2 weeks to appear back in your account.
